On one condition: the item must come back as new — unused, complete with all its accessories, and in its original packaging. A product that has been used, whose packaging has been destroyed or which is missing a part cannot be taken back. That rule applies to everyone, and it is what lets us keep prices low.

If the item arrives damaged or does not match its description, this condition does not apply: we refund you or send a replacement, return postage at our expense.

Rinse the bowl and the pump with clean water once a week, and replace the filter every 2 to 4 weeks depending on use. A clean pump stays quiet and keeps the water clear.
