Where is my order? A tracking number was sent to you by email upon shipment. Please check your spam folder. The normal delivery time is 7 to 14 business days.

I want to return an item. You have 14 days from receipt, without needing to justify yourself. Everything is explained on the Shipping and Returns page.

My product arrived damaged. Send us a photo at contact@chato.fr: replacement or full refund, return shipping costs at our expense.

My cat isn't using its fountain. This is common in the first few days. Leave its old bowl in place and give it a week. Write to us if it doesn't improve, and we'll figure it out with you.
