Chatô Felt Tunnel Nest — 50 cm, bed and hideaway

On top it sleeps, inside it hides. This thick felt nest offers the two positions a cat asks for: the bowl on top for a nap in the open, and the tunnel inside for the moments it wants to disappear.

That dual function is what makes it useful all day. A cat constantly alternates between watching and hiding; most beds only offer one of the two.

What we like

• Thick light grey felt, a structure that holds its own shape
• Two uses: a bowl on top, a tunnel inside
• The felt frays slightly under the claw — many cats also use it to scratch
• Zip all the way round: it opens out flat for storage or cleaning
• No assembly, no parts to put together

What you should know

• 50 cm across, 20 cm high — designed for a cat up to about 4 kg. Above that, it'll be cramped in the tunnel. Measure your cat curled up before ordering if you're unsure: we'd rather tell you than see the parcel come back.
• The felt sheds a little for the first few weeks. That's normal and it settles.
• Slight distortion out of the box is normal: the product travels compressed and regains its shape by hand in a few minutes.
• Dry clean or damp sponge, not machine washable.
• Estimated delivery: 10 to 15 working days.
